i'm working on it for the MacOSX::iTunes module.
it's mostly a read-only thing. as far as i can tell, any changes to the XML
do not affect the "iTunes Music Library 3" file which the application
actually uses. that file is a binary format that i have almost completely
figured out.
iTunes will update the XML file if you make changes within iTunes though.
